Lovely pensión in the historical centre of Bilbao. We had a room on the second floor and it was very quiet. We enjoyed the Nespresso coffee machine 😊 and also that we had a code to enter the building and our room - so no worries about forgetting/losing a key. The staff were very kind and accomodating.

We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we checked in, Manuel at reception gave us such a warm and welcoming start. Our room was spectacular — the stunning river view alone was worth every penny! The earth-toned decor created a calming atmosphere, with a fun pop of color and a cozy seating area that added a unique touch. We were especially impressed by how pet-friendly the hotel is — they provided a dog bed and bowls, which made traveling with our pup so much easier. As a tall person, my husband really appreciated the spacious 2m king-size bed — such a rare and thoughtful feature! Room service was prompt and absolutely delicious, and the location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to both the Guggenheim and the charming old town. Breakfast was also a highlight — fresh, varied, and tasty. Lastly thanks to Asier for a smooth check out and restaurant recommendations:) We’ll definitely be coming back!

Excellent room, lots of space, massive bed with a very comfortable mattress. Spectacular views of the city from the room (we were on the 7th floor facing the city). Bathroom very spacious and well-equipped. Air conditioning good to have in summer. Very friendly staff, comfortable lobby with a bar and nice views of the city. Good range of food at the breakfast buffet.
