Did not stay at the hotel due to a family bereavement. I did visit though to explain. The two ladies at reception were incredibly nice and truly understanding. They cancelled our reservation without penalty. I cannot speak highly enough of them.

Room was very clean, spacious and quiet. It was very nice. Dinner and breakfast were very nice. I liked the buffet style where you could choose whatever you liked.

It was such a relaxing time in a most comfortable environment, having the use of a lovely terrace & seating area. Mercedes was so helpful as were the staff.The breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend this hotel. We definitely will return.

I was welcomed very warmly and stayed on the top floor beautiful room. Dinner I had at the hotel was extraordinarily outstanding with good services. Break was also very well prepared, so I enjoyed a lot. I will definitely visit again.
