The hotel is located near the airport. There is a bus stop near the hotel and the A2 bus to takes approx. 20 minutes to reach the airport at a cost of 5 euro. The beach is only 5 minutes away and there are plenty of cafés, bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Staff were very nice and I received a lot of useful informationon on Whatsapp before my arrival. Check-in was very easy and I received a free room upgrade and complimentary dinner on my first day, which was nice. The room/bathroom was spacious, and immaculately clean, and the bed was super comfortable. There was a very good selection of cold and hot produce at breakfast and dinner. I really liked the outdoor and indoor pool areas and the gym. All were well-maintained and not very busy in November. I got tempted by one of their spa offers and had a whole body massage, which was great (cost 80 euro). Wi-fi worked very well. I would gladly stay here again when back in Mallorca.

We loved everything! The position is fantastic and it’s so easy to get to anywhere in Old Town. The hotel is beautifully decorated and is very welcoming and cosy. Our room was very spacious and the bed was enormous as well as being super comfy. The staff, particularly in Reception, really made us feel valued and nothing was too much trouble for them. We can’t wait to return.

What a fabulous find. The hotel was well appointed and all staff members were helpful and kind. Perfect location for exploring Old Town Palma, beautiful rooftop area, cozy space for a coffee or glass of wine and fantastic daytime and evening views. Palma Suites exceed our expectations. Great bar/lounge space, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, nice bathroom/shower area and exceptional staff. All recommendations were spot on!
