Spacious room with two large beds, no problem with storing bikes at 24/7 reception (stay in beginning of the May). Parking was free at street (but I imagine during prime time is hard to find a spot). Breakfast was good. We stayed only one night, but I can imagine longer stay in this hotel (the city not so much).

Beautiful setting in an old citrus orchard. Super friendly staff. Luxurious feel. We were upgraded to a large bungalow with an outdoor jacuzzi. Might be the best price/quality ratio accomodation we've ever had.

Set 200 metres from Norte Beach, RH Don Carlos & Spa is located in Peñíscola, next to the city's convention centre.

Convenient. Parking very good with a large car park facing the hotel. Staff were superb, nothing was too much trouble. Near the promenade and the boardwalk through the marshes. Peniscola is a lovely place to visit and the castle and old town are a must.

I love this place, from the second you walk in you feel confortable and at home. We had a double room with a terrace leading to the shared roof terrace. huge attention to detail right through accomodation- from the range of toiletries available to the extra pillow options. There was a big bathtub (too hot for august but I’d come back in winter to use it), powerful shower, nice fluffy towels… Beds extremely comfortable and soft linen. The breakfast is amazing (we stayed somewhere different the second night but came back for breakfast) The couple who run the place are lovely! I will stay here the next time I’m in Peniscola :)

Everything was fantastic. I asked at reception for an extra chair in the room and it was there before I got back to the room. Very Quiet and excellent breakfast.

After reading all the poor reviews I read about the Agora hotel after I had booked I wanted to cancel the booking but my husband said no just let’s go and make the best of it…I’m so glad we did! Our large room was spotless, with a beautiful view of the castle and beach. The beds were very comfortable with lovely soft pillows and the bedding & towels were very good quality (and I believe new) We were staying with half board and the choice of food was excellent, something for everyone and very tasty…unlike some hotel food! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Drinks in the bar were surprisingly cheap compared to some hotel prices.

Hotel Boutique La Mar - Adults Only is situated right on the beach, next to Peñiscola’s Papa Luna Castle. Some rooms overlook the castle or old city walls, while others have Mediterranean Sea views.

Staying below the castle was great and close to markets and back streets etc. The place was immaculate.
