Riverside Inn is a charming place with a lovely pub on the ground floor that adds to its rustic charm—we loved the vibe! The staff at reception (located within the pub) were friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, offering a beautiful view of the river. We highly recommend it if you're looking for a place to stay in Chelmsford!

Beautiful hotel. Amazing staff. The room service food was delicious. Very nice hotel rooms. I'm considering flying to Stansted just to stay a few days at this hotel and try their SPA facilities. Need I say more.
