Superb staff that made us feel at home, Phillipe is an asset to the business. Room is huge, the bathroom lavish and all the extras that you need. Just a pity that we didn't stay longer but enjoyed every minute we were there.

Great location - easy access to Cheltenham town centre by bus or car. The bedrooms were clean, spacious and beautifully decorated, with a very smart en-suite. A bar fridge, hairdryer and plenty of white fluffy towels were appreciated and the bed was really comfortable. Despite being located on a busy road, the windows are double glazed, so there is no disturbance from traffic. Creative arrangement for people to order take-out food and consume it in the communal sitting/ dining area.
