From the outside I wondered what we had booked. But from the moment the doors opened and we walked in, it was amazing. Very comfy bed, staff were so friendly and helpful. Lovely place.

It was my second time in this hotel and it won't be the last one 😍 this hotel is really incredible, whether it is the beauty of the place (it is really really gorgeous, it looks like palace) or the location which is right next to the train station and the bus station, which is very convenient if you arrive from Edinburgh, because after a long drive you want to be at the hotel quickly, or the kindness of everyone, the receptionists, the people who take care of cleaning, the bartenders, the waiters, everyone is amazing! and of course the rooms which reflect the beauty of the hotel! so beautiful, very clean, comfy and not very noisy for the city center! it's always a pleasure to stay here 😍
