We stayed here for one night as part of our Coast to Coast walk.The room was so spacious with super comfortable bed. Bathroom was also huge with a well sized spa bath. Nice little touches like hot chocolate and biscuits as part of the complimentary tea/coffee in the room. Staff were so friendly. Breakfast buffet was exceptional, with organic and locally sourced ingredients Would have loved to stay an extra night.

We drove up through the Lake District on a dark rainy night and they kept the spa open for us so we could relax that evening after a long journey. it was such a treat.

The location and staff at hotel were very accommodating, the bathroom shower hardware was a little confusing to operate and very small but the bed was very comfortable 👍
