Beyond excellent if you want authentic Greek hospitality. It is an old building that breathes the history but everything is modern in terms of cleanliness and facilities. Best of all, after the crushing hoards of visitors to Meteora, it is a haven of calm and tranquility. My best memories are sitting on the balcony after dark listening to the stream trickling as I looked up at the stars beyond the magical soaring rocks.

Worth booking with this Hotel. It is a family run business and are very friendly, welcoming and have got a fantastic property right underneath the impressive formations of Meteora. We got an upgrade for our room by the host and got a room with a private sitting area with kitchenette and a balcony. Also had a bottle of wine waiting in our room on arrival and it was a very good local wine, well worth buying and perfect to drink in the evening. The balcony had fantastic view out to the rocks of Meteora and the sunset, if you ever want to get this room ask for room "Athena". Would definitely visit again. Breakfast was great, directions about where to go and what to see were offered to us and were very useful. Definitely worth staying there.

The location of the hotel was great. We walked to 5 of the monasteries from the hotel. There was a basic pool, so on our returns we could relax in the pool, which was great. The girls from the reception were nice and very helpful too.

With sweeping views of Meteora and the age-old plane trees, this traditional guesthouse enjoys a central location in the city of Kalampaka. Rooms have balconies with views of the rocks.
