Boutique Hotels in Monemvasia

We were very happy with our apartment which is situated a few meters and a few stairs away from the Monemvasia main gate (please note that you have to carry your suitcases or backpacks because of the cobble stones). The apartment is nicely furnished, offers a great view on the ocean from the windows (+ from the bed :)) and also has amenities like a coffee machine & coffee tabs. The owners have a store downstairs where you can get the keys and buy their local products like olive oil, wine or skin care. We had some problems with noise from the opposite bar one night because they tend to play loud music on Saturdays and the hosts did all they can to make up for it, even though it was not their fault and we really appreciated it. In terms of hospitality, these were one of the nicest hosts we have met so far.

It was the best experience ever! Special compliments to the beekeeper kostas who made our trip even more memorable!

location is excellent.. small sandy beach not crowded with available service.. staff is excellent, kind and helpful food is excellent.. all in all warm recommendation
