The attention from the staff at the reception was amazing. Very kind and patient and every question answered. The 2 ladies at the reception were one of the highlights of the hotel for me. The room was small but cozy and quiet. For me it was all I needed for a 2 nights stay. The location of the hotel in the city center was perfect and also it wasn't hard at all to find parking. The building has lots of character too.

The complex was really lovely. The room was very big, well equipped and cosy. The bed was huge and so comfortable. It had a nice balcony with a view. It was peaceful even though it had a busy road at the front, the rooms are set back so you cannot hear the traffic. There were parking bays at the front of the hotel too.

The view was spectacular, and the many steps were worth it. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic with freshly squeezed orange juice, a nice selection of food, and great coffee.

The location of the hotel was very good. Personel was very helpful and friendly. I didn't get breakfast this stay, but if I stay again I will definitely get breakfast, because it looked so nice. Also thank you very much for up grading our room
