Very helpful, professional and friendly staff. They do anything to make you feel like home. They already waited for us at the parking lot, brought us to the hotel and took a lot of time to introduce the city to us (with snacks and drinks). Great location in the heart of Split. Tasty breakfast. We definitely wanna come back here again.

Everything about the Piazza Heritage Hotel is exceptional. The room was a great size with a queen bed and a sofa bed for our daughter and still plenty of room. We had a lovely piazza view room with balcony. Great shower and bathroom. Can't speak highly enough of the staff and the assistance they gave us throughout the stay. Very friendly. Breakfast was amazing, probably best coffee we had in Split. Location - fabulous, fabulous, fabulous.

Amazing start to finish, so peaceful and beautiful setting. Would recommend for those looking for some relaxation. Pool bar was amazing for snack and drinks throughout the day. Staff were extremely friendly and enhanced our stay. Uber really cheap for travelling in and out of split In the evening for dinner. Really enjoyed, we can’t wait to come back.

This tastefully furnished apartment is in a prime location in the old town. Even though it is in the centre of everything, we weren't disturbed by noise levels. The bathroom and kitchenette are very well equipped and self catering is easy to save eating out at pricey restaurants. Although if eating out is desired, there are plenty of good restaurants and lively bars around the property. Even though we didn't physically meet our host, she was in regular contact through messaging and was kind to check that our stay was going well. The written directions with photographs were excellent and made it very easy to find through the winding streets - just a 15 minute walk from the bus station and ferry port. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

With my friend we traveled from Dubrovnik to Zagreb, but in the middle of the trip was trip cancelled by our bus operator because of weather. So we needed to stay somewhere. We were on the bus for 15 hours and we were tired so we chosed this accomodation based on reviews and I need to say that reviews do not lie. It is 10/10 accomodation. Perfect owner, that prepared room for us in no time. View from my room was amazing, bed comfortable, everything super clean, free breakfast, one of my best sleeps that I had anywhere. For that price it is nobrainer.

Lovely hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. They were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely room with a little balcony. The reception, restaurant and cleaning staff were really great. The breakfast was good and we had freshly made omelettes/scrambled eggs. We had dinner there twice during our stay and it was excellent. The waiter was exceptional, he even got us some sauvignon blanc for our 2nd night dining there and remembered our drinks order. We booked transfers and a day trip through the hotel and our driver Simon was excellent. Always on time and was passionate about Croatia and gave us lots of information. There were 7 of us on this trip and we all had a fantastic time. Highly recommend this delightful hotel.

With advance forwarded instructions of the staff, was no problem to find address. Was awesome to be in the hysteric of Split city. Everything you need is close. I wasn't with a car, but it should be no problem to park nearby if you have one.
