The staff were excellent from the courtesy bus driver to the server.my site and itself have been staying at The Carlton for at least 25 years The latest changes are very noticeable in-the main lobby ,the bedroom the staff training ,food helping more than generous and good quality at a reasonable price.We travel to the U.S. twice each year and would recommend The Carlton to any of our friends. Very comfortable, clean and spacious room. We had everything we needed including bathrobs, sleepers bath towels. The veiw from 7th floor was gorgeous.
