The hotel is located in the city center and very close to the rail station. We arrived early in the morning and were invited to coffee and pastries in the restaurant. The room was big and comfortable, with a seating area and a great bed. I loved the bath products line. The breakfast was lovely, there was a buffet with different sweets and savoury options and you can also order something from the menu. All fresh and high quality. It emphasizes the friendliness of the staff that at all times try to make the best of your stay.

It was accommodating for 8 people and location was very good. We had 2 x 2 bedroom apartments with nice, clean facilities, and had generous amount of space for the lounge room and kitchen. Very happy to have a washing machine, and 2 bathrooms. Car Parking was underneath the property, and secure. It was a good location. We would recommend this property.

The hotel staff and the staff at the bar and restaurant was very friendly and helpful! We also got a free upgrade to a better room which was a nice plus :) They made sure that we always had fresh coffee and black tea in the morning and clean sheets :) It is only a 15-20 Minute walk to the city centre of Killarney and there is plenty of room at the car park in front of the hotel. The dinner we had was excellent, especially the dessert (Trifle) and the Pub belonging to the hotel was very cosy :)
