Everything:) The hotel is absolutely amazing. Staff incredibly numerous and well trained, everyone so friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless clean and the feeling of the stay was wonderful. The staff exceeded our expectations, and they are so knowledgeable about the area. They are friendly and professional. Both the young ladies on reception are a credit to the hotel. Bea gave us so much local information and treated us like friends. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The other lady I forgot her name was also outstanding and friendly.
