Very kind and polite owners. Butique hotel feeling. Place is very clean and maintained. Historical building. Room and hotel added value to Akko visit. Would be mistake not to book it. When you are inside and walk arround akko you understand what i say. Kids liked upper part of family room. Strategic place for walking around Old Akko. If you wish to feel accepted guest and safe... this is right place to stay.

The room was big and comfortable, with all the furniture you needed. The bath and shower were also very nice. The lobby is big with a lot of cosy sitting areas and plants. Children have space to run around.

The room was quiet and comfortable, well equipped with all the facilities. Especially liked the kitchenette, which included a small electric stove and a coffee pot, so we could make proper coffee in the morning. There is a microwave, a big refrigerator, an electric iron, a lot of power sockets. Two blankets, 6 pillows. Air condition, TV, WiFi, bathroom, everything functioned well. Location is perfect, on a pedestrian street, a couple of minutes walk to the Carmelit subway, less than 10 min to the railway station. A lot of cafes and other stores nearby. The owner contacted me before arrival, and made sure it was easy to find the hotel.

The staff were very nice and very competent. The room was very comfy! The vibe was very nice with plenty of restaurants around and things to see.

The apartment was very pleasant and clean, the house manager was kind and provided all relevant details and essential including bottle of water. Under the apartment there is a nice restaurant to end the vacations.
