It is a very nice, clean, well designed hotel on a vibrant spot in TLV. Great neighbourhood. I had a room with a balcony with view on the square. I enjoyed the great breakfast with a lot of variation in the opposite Cinema hotel. There is also if you like the happy hour with drinks and snacks on the rooftop-terras. In the lobby in the afternoon is a welcoming cold juice with choclates. The isolation for outside noise is very good.. The free pretty good bikes are a bonus. All the staff is really gentle and always there.

- The rooms were comfortable and very clean - Breakfast service was superb and food was fresh, delicious and abundant - we had access to the business lounge that was always quiet, private and inviting with delicious warm supper served daily. As well as condiments and beverages that were available throughout the day. BUT, the highlight of our stay was definitely the welcoming and friendly staff that stopped at nothing to ensure that our stay is as comfortable and satisfying as possible! Thank you so much - Brandon, Shelley, Medea, Alexander the barista, Eve and the rest of the wait staff, Amara fron reception, and of course, Barak the concierge! Apologies to all those we didn't mention - you were all AMAZING! There was one instance where our aircon didn't work properly, within less than 12hrs we were upgraded to a suite without any problems or hassles. We would like to mention that this hotel was hosting refugees from the conflict zones and we noticed that they were treated with so much respect and understanding by the hotel and its staff - well done!
