I appreciated the customer service very much. Sofia & Claudia truly know how to be of service. They answered all my questions and inquiries. The breakfast was a delight. Sitting up on the rooftop for the sunset was very calming and beautiful. I liked being close to the beach and city Bosa.

The hotel is very beautiful and genuine with classical Italian architecture, fantastic garden with pool, extremelly friendly and helpful host, breathtaking views against sea and mountains. It was a true joy to sit in the cozy breakfastroom every morning. Wonderful buffé and very nice personal service! We enjoyed every second in this peaceful genuin hotel and we will come back soon!

We let the hotel know that it was our 45 anniversary, so when we arrived Alessandro at the front desk informed us that our room had been upgraded to a junior suite at no additional cost. Not only was the 3rd floor suite (accessed by a glassed-in elevator) fabulous, the large terrace (with chairs, table and lounge chairs) offered spectacular views of the city, castle and surrounding mountains. The hotel is a study in class and elegance. When we ate dinner at the hotel's restaurant, due to our anniversary, we were offered complimentary glasses of Prosecco. The included breakfast the next morning was delicious and ample offering a smorgasbord style featuring both hot and cold items and as well as sweet and savoury selections. Angelica at the front desk later the first evening and the next morning was charming, helpful and answered a number of questions we had. We had a wonderful one night stay in a beautiful classic old, but completely renovated, hotel.

Amazing location with a nice balcony and open view. You can also chose to ate breakfast on a lovely garden.
