Excellent breakfast that offered a wide variety of options. Everything was fresh and of high quality. The rooms were very comfortable, well appointed and importantly very quiet. The property has a very good and accessible gym which was appreciated.

Truly excellent staff. Extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful at all times, at the reception, in the bar and in the restaurant / breakfast. Wonderful breakfast and lunch - relaxing and friendly and a great selection. The whole ambience of the place is calm and stylish with lovely little touches like the turn-down service and showing you to your room. Excellent experience.

I especially liked that the location of the hotel which is essentially 10 min away from Via Monte Napoleone. Also the hotel is really nice, especially the lobby area. The breakfast is great and you can choose from a variety of different meals. When staying in Milan I always try to sleep here.

The hotel is in the middle of shopping streets and the location is just perfect; you can take a nice walk to the centre or take metro or tram, all are possible. There is a market across the hotel for daily needs. Orsonero cafe (see on the map) who roasts its own coffee is close to the hotel with delicious coffee. The hotel has a bit old interior but spotlessly clean and tidy. Our junior room was quite large and comfortable and it really was clean, the room, the bathroom everything was perfect. Nespresso coffee machine was available in the room and capsules were renewed every day. The breakfast has all you need for a good start a day with high quality brands. Cakes were delicious. Maybe bread varieties may be more with choices, just a remark. The breakfast area was very small but the strange is we were never sick and tired. My only personal comment would be; there were carpets everywhere. Please remove them where possible :) Carpets seem to hold the dust and make the general appearance moldy, even it is not! And a big thank you to the reception, who were nice and kind all the time.

Great accommodation. Lovely apartment and really kind staff. Breakfast was prepared at the moment, and according to our preferences. We were advised about interesting places around, and restaurants. We took a walk by foot to the Duomo, it is 40 minutes, but host provided us a map with the best route. Absolutely recommended.
