Amazing stay. The staff was very nice, the room was spacious and the bathroom was big and had a Jacuzzi. The pool was great and had a little bar with very pleasant staff. The breakfast is definitely worth to buy; it included crepes make to order, different types of croissants, self-serve fresh gelato, fresh honey from the comb, and much more.

The hotel is very clean, all the staff are very friendly and helpful, good breakfast in a very nicely decorated and clean area. In addition to clean towels and cleaning, we had clean bed linen every day, the rooms were spotless. I noticed that one of the maids is very young, about the same as my daughter, barely of legal age, but this young lady does her job phenomenally and is very polite. Also the receptionist Luca, with whom we communicated the most out of all the staff, was very nice, kind and helpful. Thank you Luca for your help with parking and ztl zones! I must also emphasize that our dog was welcome everywhere in the hotel, even in the breakfast area, and that the additional cost for the dog is symbolic and I have never paid less for a dog anywhere than here. Only the place where the hotel is located does not leave any impression. It is an industrial zone and there are no facilities, especially not for families, but Vicenza is 10 minutes away by car, Padova is about half an hour away, as is Verona, so the location of the hotel itself is not that important when all the other pluses are taken into account . If we find ourselves in that part of Italy again, we will be very happy to stay in this hotel again and can only recommend it.

This apartment was EXCELLENT. Great location, just 200 meters from the Arena, next to a supermarket. It was clean and with all the facilities required for an exceptional stay. It was really cozy and comfy, inviting you to stay in, and that doesn't always happen.
