Hotel staff were all very nice, helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and very well appointed. The bathroom was big, with a walk-in shower. Room had air conditioning which was a must have. Really nice breakfast which could be taken inside or out. Hotel was a 10 minute walk to restaurants and 30 minutes BA from the sights. Highly recommended.

Such a civilised place, very tastefully decorated. The city centre is easily available, either walking or by taking the reliable local public transport just outside the property. Friendly welcome. Superb terrace location with view towards the historical centre for breakfast, and a lush garden.

Hotel perfectly located if you are arriving/leaving by bus and an easy walk to everything. I had booked a balcony room and was delighted to be upgraded to a view across to the Duomo. Spectacular view day and night from the room. The staff were incredibly friendly.

Price to quality/location is amazing. Very clean, great breakfast, reasonable prices at the bar. 50meters from the bus stop to old town.

Villa Montarioso is a beautiful House in the middle of the Siena area Toscana...absolutely brilliant, the area is great, very quiet, but quite far from Siena city. And we did not have a car (our mistake 100%), so depending on the public transport (very efficient and punctual by the way!!!) is not the best way to travel to Tuscany. Apart from that, the service we had was fantastic. Specially I would like to praise and give thanks again!! to a member of the Staff, I think her name is Susanna, because on Sunday when we came back to the House after spending the whole morning in Siena, we called the taxi company a few times to go to the train station, and no taxi was available. This lady offered us a lift to the train station, as her husband and youngest son were waiting for her in the car to go home after work!!!!.. Whoa!! Amazing, please say again from me and my partner GRAZIE MILLE!! because her kindness and generosity. She is a great asset for your Team at the House!. A truly diamond! :-D
