Beautiful opulent building and surrounds. We enjoyed the indoor pool and spa and outdoor pool - so relaxing. And lovely to be served aperitifs on the terrace. Plenty of staff and very attentive service. Just a short stroll to restaurants and the ferry.

Residence Maurice offers self-catering accommodation in a renovated villa of 1920. It is 200 metres from Stresa Train Station and 350 from the pier to the Borromean Islands.

Our stay in Hotel Simplon was wonderful! It is well positioned in Baveno, and has parking on site. The gardens are beautiful and there is a delightful pool area and bar. There are terraces with lovely seating areas. The staff are all professional, kind and helpful. The rooms have good internet and are spotlessly clean. All the bed linen towels etc are very high quality. We were very lucky to be given a free upgrade and our room had a lovely view out over the lake. There is a passageway between this hotel and its sister hotel Grand Hotel Dino which has a pool and also a beach area on the lake.

Hotel Arancioamaro is set in Cannero Riviera, one of Lake Maggiore's most beautiful towns. It offers a restaurant, bar and terrace, plus rooms with free Wi-Fi.

Lovely boutique hotel in gorgeous location on Lake Maggiore. Loved the view of the lake from our lake-view suite. Suite was a very good value. Hotel rooms are bright, fresh, clean, and well-appointed. Comfortable beds. Air-conditioning worked great. The bathroom was large (for Europe) and very nicely done. Good lighting. Breakfast was good—all you would expect in a European continental breakfast. Eggs made any way you want upon request. Espresso drinks also made upon request. Hotel staff were gracious and helpful. Wonderful stay!
