Everything! Giovanna received us with great gentleness. We felt as we were at home. Our room had as an espectacular view to Isola Bella. We could walk to the Beach and to the centre of the City.

Location and hotel structure very historic and antique. Infinity pool was with sea view was breathtaking. Bed was very comfortable and the shower with spa effects was great. Also the view from the balcony was superb.

View is stunning looking straight out over Isola Bella and the beach (pebbly). Gabriel who managed the pool bar and cafe was excellent - super attentive, polite, knowledgeable and always went above and beyond. Although the hotel decor is possibly a little dated it does not appear tired and bathrooms etc are very good quality. Extremely comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. The street below the hotel is a bit noisy but with air con in the rooms you don't hear anything and the view is so amazing you really don't care. All staff were very friendly and service was excellent. You can get the cable car up to the old town of Taormina and wander the beautiful cobbled streets, eats hop, drink and the Amphitheatre is incredible. Highly recommend and not as busy as expected but perhaps that's October!

There is nothing to dislike at this hotel. Everything is fantastic, location staff,amenities,breakfast,room and pool. Valet parking for 20 euro Early check in or late check out all no problem. From the moment we arrived we were treated like kings and everybody was warm, kind and helpful. When we left the cleaning lady even offers us some water for on the road. The hotel has the most perfect location next to the main shopping street , steps away from the four seasons( the white lotus film location)

The location was unbeatable! Being right on the beach, it was so convenient for our family to enjoy morning and afternoon swims, with the comfort of having a reserved sun lounger and restaurant available. The cable car was only a short walk from the hotel, taking you directly to the centre of the village.
