Located directly above Shin Osaka Station, very convenient and easily accessible to catch the shinkansen and Osaka Metro. Lots of food catering options as well. Though the room is quite small it’s comfortable and has all the amenities. Staff is very helpful even all check ins & check outs have now dobe through the machines.

The room was clean and spacious. Short walking distance to nearby marts, restaurants and Universal Studios. Our room had a bit of view of the park too. The interior was quite unique with a saltwater aquarium behind the reception counter and minions decorated with everywhere else

Capsule was comfortable and clean and had enough space for a suitcase and there is a drawer to lock valuables. The shared bath and sauna were good. Location is excellent
