The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from JR Osaka Train Station. The room was, quiet, very clean and really comfortable, with great views of the city skyline. The breakfast was tasty, with a good selection of foods. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We appreciated a lot the fact that they offered a gift for my husband's birthday (nice chocolates and a bottle of wine). We really felt welcomed.

Everything, the location is the best option to be inside the station! There is a massage chair WOW! My family loved it! The shower is great, we love everything! we will stay again for sure if we go back to Osaka.

Fantastic location, very elegant and comfortable rooms. Hotel rooms are located on upper floors so the view is really nice. Located in the complex of office and shops. Train And subway stations are in the basement of this bulding. 10 minutes walk to the Namba downtown , the heart of Osaka.

Enjoyed the whole experience of the Hotel Monterey Osaka, Only real issue I had is trying to find out how to turn off the lights to go to bed the first night. Was not aware of special buttons on night stand. Actually a guy that stayed there and did a YouTube video showed his on the headboard. LOL.

Amazing stay in Osaka! The hotel is perfectly located with a metro station right outside of it, just a minute of walking. The rooms are spacious, have good quality amenities and everything was neat & clean. Complimentary water bottles at the front desk everytime you walk in were a great plus. The staff was very kind, helpful and responsive (in-person and also via messages here on Booking). The area is pretty clean, peaceful, walkable and has a 7-Eleven & Lawson right in front. Will definitely stay here again!
