The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from JR Osaka Train Station. The room was, quiet, very clean and really comfortable, with great views of the city skyline. The breakfast was tasty, with a good selection of foods. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We appreciated a lot the fact that they offered a gift for my husband's birthday (nice chocolates and a bottle of wine). We really felt welcomed.

Nothing beats this location. It is right in the Osaka train station, and you can get anywhere easily and quickly. We even took the JR train to the airport upon leaving Japan. Remember to get the basic fare ticket along with the ticket to the airport.

It was a special stay. The hotel is very beautiful. The room overlooks Universal. The back door of the hotel leads to the sea. The view was wonderful from our room. We loved everything.

Very nice hotel located near Namba Station. We took a bus from the Osaka airport and the bus station was actually next door to the hotel. Our room was on 28th floor and that gave us opportunity to enjoy in fantastic panoramic view over the Osaka. Room was very clean, provided enough space for 3 of us. Within a walking distance you can reach many restaurants, shops and some of the tourists hot spots. We took a walk to Osaka castle which is around 4km away and enjoyed in discovering the city, allowing ouselves to get lost in some moments but always felt very safe.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Spatious room, clean, friendly staff, quiet, greatly located away from the crazy buzz but within walking distance to numerous areas.
