The room was excellent. The interior design and arrangements was very nice. We love that it's very clean and very big. Staff were outstanding, looked after my Coeliac partner so he ate very well. Beautiful room, pool and shared areas. Free shuttle service to and from centre of town. Very peaceful. Upgrade to a huge room.

Amazing hotel on a stunning property with beautiful lotus pond. The location was perfect just a few steps from the old town but quiet with lush green gardens. Our bungalow overlooking the UNESCO lotus pond was super comfortable and clean. The crickets were the best lullaby at night. The staff was awesome, especially Elodie helped us with all our problems and requests. It was the highest level of hospitality we ever experienced. I highly recommend this hotel and hope coming back someday.

Great location, absolutely beautiful hotel. Really nice food and staff are all excellent. Special mention to Fan who looked after us at breakfast and dinner. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The property is fantastic! Located out of the busy central area on a large plot of land, but close enough for easy access, the hotel is an old property with a rich history. Updated in a very sensitive way, the hotel is a nice mix of the past with modern facilities. The poolside was extremely relaxing and very peaceful.

Sitting next to the famous Wat Xiengthong Temple in Luang Prabang, the luxurious Victoria XiengThong Palace enjoys beautiful views of the Mekong River.
