Everything was perfect! Starting with the staff who was super friendly (Jaqueline in the reception, Hector and his friends in the bar, Dani and his friend who helped us finding the bus, and all the others of course). All the food was amazing, Starbucks and bars. We loved the activities with Brenda and Maria. The room and bathroom was really nice. We loved the facilities outside. We loved everything. We are dreaming back to this place a lot, and we will definitely come back one day! The best hotel I’ve been to. Thank you!

Fantastic strand with palm trees and cabanas, just as on the pictures. Always free beds and kept really clean. Big swimming pool. Really amazing morning buffet. Location is near to shopping and eaterys.

Everything was totally fine , good contact and helpful reception , very good room service . Area was quiet ,close to Plaza Americas, to get to the beach You need bus or Uber. Good breakfasts , few options to choose .
