The hotel is gorgeous, I have rarely seen such beautiful decor that perfectly fits with the natural environment surrounding the area. We were thrilled to find so many different species. Absolutely everything. I travel a lot and Live Aqua is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Food is amazing, cocktails are incredible, the pool is insane, staff are so courteous. The rooms were clean, comfortable bed and pillow and little things like shower pressure being perfect met my high standards. Air con was also fantastic (it’s a must in Mexico). Honestly I can’t fault this hotel. Will be recommending to all my family and friends. We even extended our stay to an extra night as we loved it so much. Also shout out to Emilio whose hospitality service by the pool was 5 star impeccable. 10/10!!

Firstly all the staff is so polite and helpful. The room is spacious. The breakfast is great. They even have soy and almond milk. The food and the cocktails were tasty. I especially advise you to try the veggie burger at dinner. And lastly the beach is the best!!

Excellent, and I mean it, EXCELLENT hotel. We saw the pictures and the reviews, but it doesn't really match the reality! We went there for 5 nights at first. Alone walking in there gives you the feeling you are welcome. The staff we immediately with us, taking our luggage, offering a drink. Check in was very smooth. Walking around the hotel, you know why you, let's face it, pay so much. Everything is a top notch quality. The party area has a high end (surround?) speakers. The pool (which is heated) entertainment (every day from around 3 p.m) was excellent. They would even decorate this area every day. The bars were always nicely staffed, so you didn't have to wait too long for the drink. Food was brilliant. And on top of that you had many extra restaurant for the evening. The beds are very comfortable and always clean.

Featuring Mediterranean architecture, this luxury resort is a 15-minute drive from Cancun Airport.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped me with every issues. The room is huge and very comfortable. I also enjoyed breakfast in the hotel: nice choice and tasty dishes. The hotel is in the main street and not far from the bus station and supermarkets.
