Our stay in the HRH Penang was spectacular! We had a Rock Roxity Suite with our 2 kids and one toddler. The pool area made the day for the kids. They enjoyed the slides, games, water basketball and underwater music. The beach was also nice right in front, but the water was rather milky and I was stuck by a jellyfish that I couldn't see in advance. The Rock Royalty Club is really recommended, only few guests there and the view from the top floor towards the sea was great! The staff and Rock Shop personal werer great, breakfast was also delicious. Tobias and Michael, the managers, took really great care of us. Thanks!

I'm glad i chose this hotel right at the centre of Penang. Connected to Gurney Plaza. The elevator will take you down from your room right to the amazing eateries in the Ground Floor. All the staff were amazing from security, concierge, reception, executive lounge and the restaurants, housekeeping, laundry, bar etc Executive lounge with varieties of snacks and drinks with free access for kids. Kids pool with floaters. Breakfast spread were great! Very big bathroom with 3 separate area including bath tub. They welcome you with ice cream in the reception. Walking distance to Padang Kota (Chinese Hawkers) and short distance to other city attractions by car/grab. I regret I didn't take much photos to share

Had a lovely stay at 7 terraces. It's in a nice location to walk around Georgetown. The room was beautifully restored and had all the facilities you'd need - comfy beds and even a nesspreso machine. There is a nice pool area too. The staff were very helpful when we needed a trip to a doctor. They showed great kindness that was very appreciated. We stayed in one of the apartments with 4 adults- there was a double and 2 single beds (upstairs) it was spacious and comfortable with a nice little roof terrace. Sometimes these kinds of places can feel a little stuffy, but not here. The staff were so friendly. It has a lift to the 2nd floor - but be mindful there are steps here and there due to the age of the property.
