The hotel is very picturesque. Every detail of its design is made with great taste and love. We found new and new interesting things almost every minute. The stuff is very friendly and helpful . They upgraded our room for free so we had the marvelous sea view. The cafe which is situated on the hotel`s territory offers tasty dishes.

It's definitely a family hotel, I have never been to a hotel with such a massive pool and water games, the kids enjoyed it and would love to come back, the staff were very welcoming and helpful as well. The trust level in the hotel is the best I have ever seen, I forgot my jewellery box with my diamond rings and they made sure it was safe and send it to me to KL free of charge, that's an amazing thing I would always be grateful for
