We were blown away and our stay at the Grand Hyatt exceeded all our expectations. Our room was absolutely incredible! I don't think I've ever stayed in such a beautiful hotel. The view from our room was amazing. The pool area is so peaceful, you can enjoy and relax with a view on the twin towers. It's so quiet as well you forget you're in the city. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.

Every was amazing to the room to the staff's helpfulness. The attention to details was incredible. We got bottle water everyday which tasted delicious. We received comfortable shoes and gowns. The room was so wonderfully decorated and we had an excellent city view. Wolo is located in a centeral location, easy access to food, transport, shopping. We were really impressed by everything.
