i really didn't stay more than 1 night , however the hotel was really nice and the staff were very professional. i arrived early and they let in the room and had breakfast at 9 am , i thought that was really nice of them

Very nice hotel in the KLIA, perfect stay if you have layover. We stayed 1 night, since we have morning flight back home. Comfortable bed, nice shower, good coffee and delicious cakes at the bar.

We stayed a night at this hotel and the hotel can keep our suitcases during our tour to Cameron Highlands and Thailand. All the staffs are very helpful. Hotel room very clean and modern. The staff also help me to keep my cheeses and chocolate in the fridge till we come back to stay for our last night.

I stayed in a club room with a lounge, bathroom with a bath under the window which I actually used and a fantastic shower, and a bedroom with an enormous walk in wardrobe. So luxury plus. All the staff were very friendly, interested in me and kind. I had the pool to myself, fantastic looking out on the green hills, it is like an oasis. I even pampered myself at the spa. I can't comment on location as I was picked up from the airport and didn't leave the resort.

Room kitchenette was way above my expectation, clean and well maintained. The coffee machine was to my surprised which I don't expect it at all. The room was quiet and from road noise in the early morning. The room was very clean and maintained well, no odor and bad smell in the toilet. I would recommend to any small family who is travelling to KL and I would definitely come back again.

Good, helpful staff. Great location since my workplace was in Universiti Malaya. Good facilities in and outside the room. Sumptuous breakfast included in the price.
