Evrything was very good. Very clean hotel after renovation. Personal is frendly and helpfull. We came 3 hours earlier and got checked in. Welcome drink is included in reservation. Location is in the center, ,but on a small quite street, so it wasn't noisy at nights.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! The rich history and tradition of the place are truly captivating, and it's impressive how the hotel seamlessly blends them with modernity and contemporary design, creating an environment that's both charming and innovative. The staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and highly professional, consistently providing attentive and warm service that made me feel valued and cared for throughout my entire visit. I had an amazing time staying at The Dylan Amsterdam Hotel! From the moment I walked in, I could feel the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Despite it being a large hotel, they somehow managed to know every guest by name, which made my experience feel so personal and welcoming. The hotel itself is luxurious and incredibly comfortable—everything from the rooms to the overall ambiance made for a relaxing stay. The quality of the food was outstanding as well, adding to the overall experience. A huge shoutout to the reception team, especially Kaylani who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and another special thanks to Amber who very kindly walked with me with an Umbrella in hand through the pouring rain to my taxi outside the hotel. Both Their genuine friendliness made my stay extra special. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, comfort, and amazing food in Amsterdam.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The kitchen in the Studio apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, and it's new and clean. A great bonus is the washing machine/tumble dryer/racks available on the floor. The location is perfect - a quiet neighborhood and just a 5-minute walk to the metro and a supermarket, or 30-minute walk to the city center. The free access to the spa was a wonderful touch. Highly recommend this place!
