I had a great experience — the staff were very friendly, polite, and welcoming. It felt like a genuinely cheerful and positive team. A special thank you to Yvonne, who went above and beyond to find my earplugs after they fell into the lift shaft — truly a miracle! There was also a receptionist with glasses and brown hair who was very friendly and kind — a pleasure to speak with. Breakfast was excellent — I really loved it! Overall, everyone was very professional and helpful. Highly appreciated!

Staff were amazing - always going out of their way to help and made sure we had everything needed for a perfect stay. The hotel is actually a large house, very well maintained with a classic design. There is a lot of privacy, in fact I occasionally heard staff or other residents, but apart from breakfast hours I didn't see anyone. The rooms are very comfortable, from the shower to the bed, the courtyard is beautiful, and the only staff member I met was lovely. Recommended experience, I will definitely be back.
