Reception stuff and restaurant stuff was exceptionally friendly . Our small dog was welcome at breakfast area ( we still left her in the room but knowing she was welcome was so amazing)

The hotel is located in Manufaktura area which has nice restaurants and shops. Room was spacious, with a working desk and very comfortable bed. Staff is friendly and can assist you if you need to book a taxi. There are really nice additional facilities, such as a sauna and a swimming pool.

AC, full functioning kitchen, amazing bed and very communicative staff. Located on main Piotrkowska location next to my fav tattoo studio Zabka, rossman, hebe and plenty of pubs and bars next door! Quiet and clean room too.

I really appreciate the reception staff. I can't remember their names☹️ but there were two amazing young women to help me to buy train tickets to Warsaw. They were always smiling and helpful from the first moment we entered the hotel. We liked the breakfast and the general decoration too.

Very comfortable room and excellent service. The staff was very friendly and helped me leave my luggage at the hotel on the day I checked out and also book a train ticket. The hotel has a central location just 5 minutes from the main street and good infrastructure around. Would definitely recommend👍
