Perfect location, nice soundproofing, a spacious, well-ventilated, bright bathroom. Above all, the incredibly friendly staff are the best. I left an important item at the hotel and I was able to find it thanks to the staff. I couldn't thank any more.

The employées are very welcoming and nice The room was spacious (2 single beds), with windows facing the Old Town The bathroom was clean and the toiletries were of a good quality I honestly loved my stay there and I will further recommend it to my close friends. If I will come back to Lisbon, this is the place where I will stay. Thank you for everything!

All I can say is that, I am SO SO SO SO glad I found Altis Prime Hotel for our trip!!! If I were to list everything that was amazing about the hotel and the staff, I am afraid the list would be too long! We were so so happy throughout our stay at the hotel and so so sad to leave!! Wish we could stay longer as it feels like homeee! We got the Triple Room and the extra bed for the third guest was comfortable:) The kitchen was amazing, my mum cooked everyday! All the staffs are were 10/10, so kind, so helpful, so accomodating! I can’t reccomend this hotel enough. We even kept our luggages with the hotel after checkout and return to pick it up when we had to leave for the airport at no extra cost:) All the best to the hotel and keep up the fantastic work! I will DEFINITELY choose Altis Prime Hotel for all my future stay in Lisbon!
