It is my favourite hotel in Makkah, everything is more than great. Friendly staff, cleanliness, quality of food, the room Kabaa view and nearest to the haram.

Al Safwah Hotel features a prime location against the King Abdul Aziz Gate and directly overlooking the Masjid Al Haram. Free WiFi is available in all rooms.

Overall, the room was clean and bright. The view of Kaaba was breath-taking, exactly as we hoped for. The staffs from reservation (Ebrar and Hanan), the lady and gentlemen at the reception and concierge were all very helpful, courteous and friendly. Not to forget the cleaners, house-keeping and the luggage staffs were excellent in their discharge of duties. It does cost a bit more for the room we booked but we'll be back and hoping to get the same room again... inshaAllah.

We had 3 rooms.Great hotel, good location, everything within walking distance and easily accessible. Shops, mosque, taxi, laundry. Very nice hotel and spacious rooms. We had a delicious breakfast with our whole family. Tahani, Miss Captain, took great care of us and showed us hospitality. Clean bathrooms, and all the cleaners do their utmost to clean the rooms every day. Beautiful view of the Haram, indescribable.
