Excellent location for Makkah. Just 5min walk and you are in Haram (if the crowd permits!!). Clean and spacious room with toiletries and hot drink facilities. Staff very nice. Lifts are clean and fast arriving. Huge choice of breakfast. Lots of local shops within the hotel building. You really don’t need to go far to get little gifts. I really enjoyed my stay there and definitely recommend this hotel.

* We checked in at 1 AM, which took just 5 minutes. * I was amazed by the moving walkway(a horizontal escalator), which reduced the walking time from the hotel to Haram to just 2 minutes. * As someone who has stayed at more than ten five-star hotels, I assure you that the breakfast was AWESOME! * The staff is friendly. Anower Ali Ahmed from the housekeeping service is truly exceptional. He genuinely cares about your well-being and is eager to assist you. This guy deserves a pay raise. 😎
