Everything was great. Even though the rooms were full, we were able to check in early. On the first day, we were tired from our long flight and were greeted with a fresh fruit tray in the room. The breakfast was varied and acceptable. All the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Elham and Ms. Ayshe at reception who were really great at checking us in early and greeting and finally seeing us off.

Hampton By Hilton Bursa is located only 4 km from the city centre. It offers a terrace and modernly furnished rooms with LCD TVs. The bright rooms of Hampton are decorated in soft colours.

It was our second accomodation in that place. Hotel mostly fit for business trip purposes, but even if u are traveling with family its a nice hotel with good location.

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at this hotel and once again all our expectations were met. The hotel has a charging station for electric cars, the cleanliness was up to standard, the food in the restaurant was delicious, the staff was responsive - shortly after we checked in, an earthquake was felt about 150 km from Bursa, we were accommodated on the 9th floor (where the earthquake was felt quite strongly) and after a request from us, our rooms were changed to a lower floor so that possible future earthquakes would not be felt so noticeably.

Beautiful pool area and spa. The Turkish Thermal bath is amazing. The staff were super helpful also, I tried ordering food off a local delivery app and they were very quick to assist me as I did not have a Turkish number to verify my account. Room and bed was spacious and comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Amazing hotel with very oriental, very traditional textures. Our room was huge and the hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. We were even late to breakfast and they still sorted us out. Recommended!
