Great value for money. The personnel were great. Location is amazing, very close to City center and many attractions, close to shops and banks. Parking was provided without cost. The restaurant Matisse is great. It has a very well set and secure shelter, which is as comfortable as it can be.

The fancy old-fashion designed room was clean, with a big shower cabin and a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly. Everything was actually so good that we spontaneously decided to stay for one more night. We enjoyed the room service.

This is a small family-run hotel, and the family running it lives there themselves during the war. The hotel is located on the ground floor, partly below the street level. That makes it safer during missile attacks. They are the nicest people I've ever met, and you'll feel as you're part of their family. They also run a coffee kiosk where you pay if you're able, otherwise all drinks are free. So expect just that: A family run hotel with all the quirks that comes with that. You will be lovingly taken care of, but don't expect five-star facilities. Also the rates are very modest.
