Staff were really kind I booked many hotels around Vietnam and the world, and it is one of the few where I really felt welcome and at home. During my stay, my boyfriend had to leave and I remained alone during 7 days: the hotel staff made all their best to help me and made my stay in Vietnam enjoyable. They booked the perfect tours for me, and took care of many détails that I couldn't do alone (bc I don't speak vietnamese) The breakfast is really good The beds are confortable, I slept like a baby every night and during my naps. Everything is very clean. The air conditionning is good and not noisy It was in the center of the old city which made all my tours easier to join
