This hotel and my room are very beautiful. I was also very positively surprised by the dinner. There are a couple of chefs, who can cook for you whatever you like depends on the section. Fish, sushi, meat, salads, pasta - like everything you want. And everything is sooo soo super fresh. And the arabic sweets. I notices that the staff who help you with the lagguage, and those who bring you to the room: they were sooo extremly friendly, helpful and polity. Love this. Also the host at the buffet reastaurant and the staff - absolutley great service.

Staff were great: Selvia called me before I arrived and checked on plans, whether needed pick up etc. So could order pick up from airport immediately etc. Very warm welcome. Sylvia 10 out of 10, Ria great.

The room is very spacious and with an exellent view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Good selection of different restaurants. Very nice pool area and private beach. A very rich selection for breakfast.

All the fwcilities, especially swim pools, sports and kids activities are very enjoyable and staff are very friendly and helpful, service is excellent!

Everything was perfect, we have a free upgrade to apartment that was awesome. The food in the restaurant is very delicious. Hope to see get back again soon.

Our Reviews for the Faisaliah Hotel: We stayed in this amazing hotel in Riyadh. It was a beautiful hotel, i’ve never seen the most helpful and friendly service in all the hotels i’ve been to. There was a very delighted staff who helped us during our stay. His name is Mr Khaled who’s sits by the reception desk. He was very helpful as he supported us in getting one large suite instead as we booked 2 one bed suites. That was very helpful.
