This hotel and my room are very beautiful. I was also very positively surprised by the dinner. There are a couple of chefs, who can cook for you whatever you like depends on the section. Fish, sushi, meat, salads, pasta - like everything you want. And everything is sooo soo super fresh. And the arabic sweets. I notices that the staff who help you with the lagguage, and those who bring you to the room: they were sooo extremly friendly, helpful and polity. Love this. Also the host at the buffet reastaurant and the staff - absolutley great service.

Everything was perfect. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Location was great. The entire hotel and room along with the restaurants inside the premises were fantastic. A good variety of delicious food available. Would definitely stay here again!

I wanted to especially thank Khawlah at the front desk for her outstanding hospitality, Aseel for an amazing tour of the property, and Jory for her friendliness at breakfast. The property is stately and huge in size, but the best part was the friendliness of the staff.

They have the best swimming pool in town and they also got acces to a beautifull private beach. The team is really nice (Ismahane, Théa, and everybody) I got upgraded to a presedential suite with such a wonderfull view on Emirates Palace. It looked like i owned the place. I can compare to so many hotels i visited in Abu-Dhabi and Dubai, but Khalidiya Palace is really the best hotel in UAE. I've been there since '19 and i always enjoy it !

Amazing property with everything one could need for a perfect holiday. The room was one of the best we ever stayed in. We choose the one with a private garden and being on the ground floor overlooking the pool area was such a great thing. The beach area is even better than at Atlantis in Dubai because the sand is fine and white. Both pools were great. I also enjoyed the bike ride around the property. It is a better alternative to the boggy ride. Shout out to Joseph from the lobby - he was super helpful with our luggage.

Our Reviews for the Faisaliah Hotel: We stayed in this amazing hotel in Riyadh. It was a beautiful hotel, i’ve never seen the most helpful and friendly service in all the hotels i’ve been to. There was a very delighted staff who helped us during our stay. His name is Mr Khaled who’s sits by the reception desk. He was very helpful as he supported us in getting one large suite instead as we booked 2 one bed suites. That was very helpful.
