The room was spacious and comfortable - it offered us what we needed and we were also able to request for an iron. We were able to see the Burj Khalifa from our room. Staff was very friendly and took the initiative to introduce the hotel to me as it was my first time there. The hotel’s location was also great as it was walking distance to the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. Bonus was that I was also able to order the real Fix Chocolate from the hotel due to its location.

The service was exceptional. All the staff are very nice & Welcoming specially Su of front desk and Susan from the restaurant. They always very nice and willing to help whatever we need during our stay. Kepp up the good work!

Facing the bay of Palm Island and over looking the Arabian Gulf, this iconic resort boasts of 1 Km of beach front and 65 acres of lush gardens. This is the best place I’ve been! Starting from the concierge passing by the reception, spa, beach,gym and finishing at the restaurant when Masha took care of us in the most distinguished way. This a place that we will visit again and next time we will stay at least a month to enjoy the property and the service. I’m traveling a lot all over the world and visiting only 5- stars hotels, but I’ve never met such a great service and well taken care property! Looking forward to come back again and seeing you all!
