She assisted us in a car rental and provided good information to go around Tirana and drive to Kosovo. Also Brikene was excellent at check in. We felt at home at this hotel. They have a good breakfast and good sitting outside where you can enjoy your breakfast. The location is near city center. The rooms have good size comparing to other European hotels. I recommend this hotel and definitely will be back if I visit Tirana again.

The owner makes sure every need is met. We ran into an issue with our car rental very late at night and the owner stepped in right away to help. We were grateful. Rooms are spacious and pristine, breakfast was ample and delicious, the staff were wonderful and the large private parking lot was always available.
