It was our second time. The service of the hotel went beyond every expectation. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is charming. The room was comfortable, well-equipped, had a nice view from the balcony. The buffet breakfast had a great variety, and the 5 meal dinner was absolutely the finest dining experience, accompanied by a great service from the whole restaurant team. And last but not least the wellness, with a dedicated sauna area, sauna infusions offered 4 times a day, that is also a top quality. We were in the pre-season, but the price–performance ratio is absolutely great.

The entire establishment (both the spa and the hotel) is truly impressive and well-maintained. In all the facilities, there are refreshment points with an incredibly competent, professional, and friendly staff. The main restaurant features a rich buffet and offers a different menu every day. Additionally, the hotel organizes various outdoor activities that allow you to fully appreciate that Lagerfeld area. The bedroom and bathroom are always clean and tidy, and the minibar is always well-stocked. The scenery offers breathtaking views of the mountains. All areas are clearly marked with guidelines for the appropriate attire. For me, it’s one of the gems of Tyrol.

Surrounded by the scenic panorama of the Tyrolean Alps, Schlosshotel Kitzbühel was built in the style of a Tyrolean castle.

The stay was amazing and can only recommend to everyone who like the combination of wellness and hiking. Amazing breakfast, food at the Tiroler Abend on Friday evening was outstanding. Staff and hospitality was unbelievable supportive and friendly and the wellness area super relaxed. The bed was really very comfortable and the room sizes quite big for the price. We really enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

Great wellness hotel with outstanding service. We were here to celebrate my Birthday and receive a great treat from the Check-in moment and all the staffs seems to acknowledge about this so everyone said HBD. This is very impressive to me. This family owned Hotel is very well decorated and managed. The room is very spacious with comfortable bed and great balcony with beautiful view from the Bodensee. Spa area is very nice, well decorated , and the treatment was also very good. The dinner is very delicious with various dishes to choose from plus the great wine recommendations from one of the Lady Boss (I forget her name). I would definitely come back to stay here and would recommend this!!
