The service at the bar, breakfast and front desk was excellent. Everyone made sure that our stay was exceptional. We loved the breakfast. They were lots of choices at the breakfast buffet as well as other choices per a menu. Thank you to everyone of the staff for our great stay at Innsbruck! We will surely come again.

Fürstenhaus Am Achensee is a 4-star superior hotel located right on the shore of Lake Achen, offering panoramic views of the Alps. The 3,000 m² spa area features indoor and outdoor pools with mountain views, various massage showers, and a large hot tub right above the lake. The hotel staff were friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. Thanks for the warm hospitality and the wonderful stay. I will come back and stay in this place

The PENZ exudes modernity while providing luxurious hospitality in the traditional manner. It offers the perfect ambience of well-being for relaxed regeneration and peaceful, restorative sleep, but also for concentrated work. Staff fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The young girl working at reception at night is superb and is a credit to the Penz. I apologise I dont know her name.

Decorated in blue marble and Swarovski crystals, the elegant bathrooms feature a hairdryer and a make-up mirror. This is a lovely hotel with very helpful staff. Breakfast is very good and run by a very efficient person. Location is excellent with a room overlooking the river. there is a room downstairs with a tea/coffee area where you can sit quietly and read a book. The history of the hotel is interesting.

Free WiFi is available in all areas. Excellent hotel, great location, great breakfast provided each morning. All toiletries provided in the bathroom. Felt very luxurious. Loved our stay and would definitely re-book.

Newly opened in December 2012, this design Hotel in Brand offers individually furnished rooms and apartments combining traditional materials and modern design. The Dorfbahn cable car station and the Palüdbahn cable car station are just 600 metres away. Staff was exceptional and so engaging, breakfast was wonderful, the location was breathtakingly beautiful
