Flo and his partner were really nice and helpful, accomodating our request for earlier breakfest and giving us great tips how to spend our Saturday before heading home. The room is big enough and cosy with beautiful view on the hills and the lake. Breakfest was delicious and a lovely gentleman made us great scrambled and fried eggs. The pension is very close to town with shops, cafes and restaurants, but quiet at the same time, so you can relax after a long day by the lake or on a racetrack :)

Hotel Garni Anzengruber is located near the centre of St. Wolfgang in the Salzkammergut, 100 metres from the famous Weißes Rössl and the beautiful pilgrimage church. The hotel is beautifully and centrally located with a view over Wolfgangsee. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The host is very welcoming and gave us great suggestions for activities. We really liked the atmosphere at the hotel too — it felt very homely and personal, unlike big chain hotels. We also really enjoyed the private lakeside garden, which was a perfect spot for sunbathing and taking a refreshing dip in the lake.

Family-run for 150 years and renovated in 2014, Seewirt Zauner is situated right on the historic market square in Hallstatt’s car-free centre and 150 metres from the waterfront at Lake Hallstatt. All rooms offer lake or mountain views. We loved our view of the lake and having access to a balcony. The rooms are really cute and cosy and the staff working there are so friendly and so helpful. The food at the restaurant was good too and very convenient since many places close around dinner time! The location was great because it was right in the middle of the market place and getting around by foot is very easy. It's a 2-3 minute walk from the ferry station too which is very convenient if you arrive here by train. Breakfast here was also great!

The hotel offers a wonderful buffet breakfast with amazing lake views from the tables. Great value for your money. Rooms were comfortable and large.
