The staff are very friendly and flexible. Lost and found was very active. The outdoor pool is exceptional. The hotel location is close to some attractions.

Difficult to say what we liked the most because we loved it all. The size, quality of the room. Fancy decoration, good coffee and quality furniture in the room. The private balcony with the fantastic view, The nice and helpfull manager and staff, the quality of the breakfast and the other food and wine, the clean and peaceful garden with quality furniture, bath and sauna possibilities alone with full access to the lake. We felt very lucky to have found and chosen this place.

Accommodation: The room was spacious. There was a big bed, a corner with the couch and a terrace with 2 sun loungers. It was a very quiet room with a mountain (and only partial lake) view. And there was a prepared bag with additional towels for the pool! Everything was exceptionally clean. The room is equipped with external blinds on the window/door to terrace. The room has a movable curtain, covering the glass wall of the shower cabin - if you wish to know what is happening inside ;) Location: the hotel is located in the middle of the town. It takes only 5 minutes to get to the lake embankment or few more minutes to the public beach. It is surrounded by restaurants. Personnel: they are amazing! They speak German and English. And they are very helpful and friendly! Breakfast: it is great! It consists of different meat and cheese slices, vegetables, fruits and spreads. There was a variety of fresh juices. There were boiled eggs and scrambled eggs as well. Parking: they have their own territory for parking or they can provide you with an allowance to park on the public parking. Public parking is just 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Benefits: there is a sauna. There is even a pool on the roof with the amazing view!

Perfect location. Close to the mountains and to the lake. We enjoyed staying there. Clean and modern room.

Everything was amazing, very nice clean rooms, rich and varied breakfast and the location is great in that you are close to everything....we have been here several times and if there is a chance, we will stay here again.

Beautiful space, very refreshing after all the same pinterest styled accomodation out there. Really liked the park, the greenery and all the decorations. Looks like the owner has a very good taste and everybody was very kind from the staff.
