Excellent location, a very good room, a clean hotel, a dining room and a very good breakfast, a fun heated pool and very pleasant for the user, attentive staff and answers to every request, highly recommend.

Spacious room with vintage furniture. Very quiet, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was really good. Very central location. Very clean. Chocolates near the bed and living flowers in the bathroom. Had a very pleasant stay!

Breakfast is served every morning, and a supermarket can be found 300 metres from the Baderhaus. Quiet & spacious room. Fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. I really liked its wood furniture. Good breakfast, which can be served even earlier than scheduled by yourself. Welcoming hosts; would visit again.

This traditional family-run hotel offers easy access to all main sights of Graz, which are only steps away. It's a super wonderful hotel !!! The hotel is fashion, boutique and stylish. The room is soooooo large and super comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is super nice, located the centre of the Graz. Breakfast is excellent. I would stay the hotel if I come again.
